Social Recruitment Campaign
We worked with The Message Partnership to provide a social media strategy and outsourced social media campaign for a national retailer, to fill roles in their main logistic centre.
Using Facebook and Twitter to engage and promote the jobs through real-time engagement and paid advertising we were able to fill the roles in four weeks instead of the usual ten weeks it took previously.
